Description

Flutec Needle Valves are designed as per German Technology for accurate regulation and positive shut-off in impulse and instrument lines. Flutec team has specialized them selves in High Pressure application and so conventionally available needle valve in almost all major store can not be the substitute of Flutec Needle Valves. High Pressure application can be dangerous in case of failure. Flutec Needle Valves are satisfactorily working in many locations in world. This compact design Needle Valves are manufactured for High Pressure up to 1000bar (15000PSI) & have huge application in High Pressure Hydraulic Systems.

Features of Flutec High Pressure Non Return Valves (NRV) / Check Valve:
• Working pressure up to 1000bar (15000PSI) (Standard range tested at 500 bar).
• Working temperature depending upon sealing material – 20°C to + 250°C
• Easy handling even at high pressure (switching through 90 °C).
• Individual pressure testing ensures safety.
• Block housing available in carbon steel phosphate plated
• Other metallic finish on request.
• Are also manufactured in stainless steel & Brass material.
• Are supplied with red powder coated straight aluminium / steel handles.
